Full height side walls
Following feedback from the majority of sponsors, full-height walls will be provided for sidewalls (rather than the planned ½ height walls). These walls are white in colour and will not be brandable. If you are ordering a TV and planning to have this hanging on your wall, you now have the option to have this hanging on your sidewall.

You are running a competition, whats that all about?
The South Coast Summit will be running a competition where all sponsors have a unique QR code allocated to you. The attendees will scan this QR code and the more they scan the higher they rank.
Out of the top 5 a winner will be chosen at random to win a prize.
We recommend using the QR code as a means of talking to the attendees.
The prize will be given away after the closing-note session at 5.30.
If you would like to us to give away your prizes during the closing-note, please contact us.

What dates do I need to know about?
1st September 2021 – Sponsor Portal / Artwork Upload
Deadline date for submission of artwork by exhibitors.
Deadline date for selecting optional extras for your stand.15th October – Event Team / Speaker / Sponsor dinner.

What’s this I hear about a charity pub quiz?
The South Coast Summit is running a pub quiz from 7pm onwards on the Saturday evening in order to raise money for breast cancer awareness.

I have heard you are running a dinner on the Friday?
We are indeed, we can now confirm we can extend this to our sponsors.
This is a set 3-course sit down meal between 7pm and 10pm on the Friday evening, and will cost £50 per person. Welcome drinks on arrival.
We will send out the invitation and menu in September.

I want to order a TV for my stand, can I have this on the wall?
Yes, please mention this in your order notes.
The TV can be located on the backwall or sidewall.

I have placed an order, what do I do now?
Let us know if you have ordered anything so we can track it. We shall be reviewing the orders closer to the time and will be emailing out to validate them. We will also send out a blanket email to all sponsors to let them know.

How do I connect to the TV on my stand?
TV’s come with a HDMI cable. If required, they will also take a USB if you want to play video direct.
The screen height can be adjusted between 146cm and 206cm. They also have a HDMI cable for presenting and also USB ports on the back to allow direct USB video playback.
Please ensure you bring the correct adapter specific to your device in order to use the HDMI cable.

Can I bring my own items for my stand?
Yes, as long as it remains within your stand.

Can I ship items to the venue?
Items are not to arrive before 14th October. Items delivered before will be refused.

Is power provided on the stand?
Yes. One double socket. If you are ordering TVs, your TV will be plugged into the provided socket.
Additional power sockets can be ordered.

Is lighting provided on the stand?
Yes. Three spot lights on your back wall. Additional lighting can be ordered via the Portal.

What time can I gain access to the Expo Hall on the Friday?
You can gain access to the expo hall from approx. 4pm onwards.
Please be aware that during this time stages/stands may still be being built.

What time can I gain access to the Expo Hall on the Saturday?
You can gain access to the expo hall from 7am onwards.
Speakers / Presentation
Speakers are to bring their own laptop and display adapters. If you would like to test your device prior to the Saturday, there will be an opportunity to do so Friday afternoon.Registration
